Resistance Forces Have Dealt Heavy Blows to Enemy: IRGC Quds Force Chief

IQNA – The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps’ Quds Force underscored the achievements of resistance movements in the region against the enemies.

Speaking at a ceremony in a town near Tehran, Brigadier General Esmaeil Qaani said the resistance forces, like those in Lebanon and Yemen, dealt the enemy the greatest blows with minimal resources.

He said one of the characteristics of the resistance front is that it gets stronger with every battle.

He highlighted the resistance front’s pivotal role in the region, saying one and a half years after the launch of the Israeli regime’s extensive war on the Gaza Strip, the enemy has failed to achieve its goals and the resistance has stood firm in the face of the enemy’s advanced gear.

General Qaani said that the atrocities, the killing of innocent women and children, and the destruction of homes do not show strength but signify the enemies’ weakness and desperation.

More than 50,800 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip in a brutal Israeli onslaught since October 2023, most of them women and children.

 Despite these atrocities, the Israeli regime reached none of its goals in the war on Gaza.
